Sandeep’s career in nonprofit development spans more than 15 years’ experience in various facets of fundraising including grant management, donor relations, and annual giving. Prior to joining HHS, he served as the Advancement Director at Semindo, where he led the organization’s national fundraising efforts resulting in over $8 million in donations annually. Additionally, Sandeep has over a decade’s experience in the public education sector as a high school principal. Sandeep is passionate about our mission, having spearheaded efforts at his school to raise money for arts education programs.
